Iced Coffee Cocktail
Ingredients
- Instant coffee, 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon
- Golden caster sugar, 2 teaspoons
- Hot water, ⅓ cup
- Cold filtered water, ⅓ cup (or reduce to ¼ cup and add 1 shot of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur)
- Milk, ⅓ cup
- Ice cubes
- Straws, for serving
METHOD
I. Prepare the COFFEE MIXTURE
Mix the instant coffee, cocoa powder, and golden caster sugar with the hot water. Stir until everything is completely dissolved.
II. ASSEMBLE THE DRINK
Pour the cold filtered water and milk into a glass for serving.
Add the coffee mixture to the glass and stir lightly to combine.
For the alcoholic version, add a shot of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur and stir gently.
III. FINISH AND SERVE
Add ice cubes to the glass to chill the drink.
Insert a straw and serve at once.
